Clients must provide accurate and genuine information. Any false documentation may result in refusal or legal consequences.
Fees
Service fees vary depending on services requested. Our consultation and processing fees are non-refundable once services begin or regardless of the outcome.
Third-Party Services
Universities, embassies, and visa centers operate independently of ZED Global Consultants.
We are not responsible for:
- Processing delays
- Policy changes
- Application refusals

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased.
Generally:
- Consultation fees – non-refundable.
- Processing fees – non-refundable after work begins.
- Third-party fees – subject to provider policies but are often non refundable.
- Embassy Visa fees – non refundable in case of visa is refused .
- University application fee – subject to provider policies but are often on refundable .
- University tuition fee deposits – refundable in case of visa refusal – subject to provider’s conditions and fee deductions.
- Blocked Account – refundable in case of visa refusal – subject to provider’s conditions and fee deductions.
Refund timelines may take 180+ working days where applicable.
Client Declaration
By proceeding with services from ZED Global Consultants, the client confirms that:
- All documents are genuine
- All information provided is accurate
- They understand that admission and visas are not guaranteed
Document Authenticity Policy
Clients must not submit:
- Fake bank statements
- Altered academic records
- Misleading employment documents
If fraudulent documentation is discovered, services will be immediately terminated.
Anti-Fraud & Compliance Policy
ZED Global Consultants follows strict ethical standards.
We do not support:
- Document fabrication
- False financial statements
- Misrepresentation to embassies
Our compliance team reviews applications before submission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by:
- Visa refusal
- Immigration policy changes
- Travel restrictions
- Decisions made by universities or embassies
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Rawalpindi.
