Australia – Fully Funded Master’s Scholarships for Pakistanis Pakistan has a dedicated quota under Australian Government scholarships. These are perfect for graduates with work experience and especially for applicants with disabilities (reduced work-experience requirement + extra support).

Key Scholarships:

  1. Australia Awards Scholarships (Australian Government) Fully funded Master’s in priority fields (climate change, agriculture, women’s empowerment, infrastructure). Benefits: Full tuition + monthly stipend + airfare + health cover + establishment allowance. Special note: Visually impaired applicants welcome – relaxed IELTS & work-experience rules.   2. University of Melbourne Graduate Scholarships Automatic or merit-based for international Master’s students. Benefits: 25–100% tuition waiver + living stipend (many Pakistanis receive this).
  3. University of Sydney International Scholarships Research or coursework Master’s – up to full tuition + stipend. Good success rate for strong Pakistani academics.

Canada – Merit & University-Funded Master’s Scholarships for Pakistanis Canada offers excellent funding through universities and provincial awards (no single “big” national scholarship like Australia, but very high success when combined with admission). Research-based Master’s often include teaching assistantships.

Key Scholarships:

  1. Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) Provincial merit award at any Ontario university (Toronto, Ottawa, etc.). Benefits: CAD 10,000–15,000 per year (can be combined with university funding). Deadline: Varies by university – mostly Jan–March 2026 for Fall 2026.
  2. University of Toronto International Student Awards Automatic consideration for outstanding international Master’s applicants. Benefits: Full or partial tuition + stipend (Arts & Science Global Scholarship and others).
  3. University of British Columbia (UBC) International Tuition Awards + Graduate Scholarships CAD 10,000–25,000 per year for strong profiles. Very popular among Pakistani students.
  4. Quebec Government Merit Scholarship (PBEEE) For international students at Quebec universities. Benefits: Up to CAD 20,000+ per year. Deadline: 31 March 2026.

Germany – Fully Funded DAAD & EU Scholarships for Pakistanis Germany is the most accessible for developing-country students. English-taught programs, low living costs, and targeted scholarships for Pakistan. Many programs accept 2+ years work experience and provide disability support.

Key Scholarships:

  1. DAAD EPOS (Development-Related Postgraduate Courses) Fully funded Master’s in development fields (water, agriculture, urban planning, business). Benefits: €992/month stipend + full tuition + travel + insurance. Deadlines: Some open now! e.g., SEPT Leipzig & AgEcon Hohenheim → 15 March 2026 (only 2 days left), Urban Management → 30 April 2026.
  2. DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Public Policy & Good Governance) For future leaders in governance and administration. Benefits: Same full package (€992/month). Next deadline: June–July 2026.
  3. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees Study in 2–3 European countries (including Germany). Benefits: €1,400+/month + travel grant. Next cycle opens October 2026.
  4. German Political Foundation Scholarships (Heinrich Böll, Rosa-Luxemburg, Konrad-Adenauer, Friedrich Ebert) €850–1,000/month for students with social/political commitment. Deadlines: March & September each year.
